Our team is paid well. We offer a highly competitive base hourly rate plus an additional $3/hour in attendance incentives (conditions apply), medical, dental, and paid time off (vacation, sick, and holidays). Position Summary:

This associate must have a strong irrigation knowledge of both installation and maintenance practices, and leadership skills are a must. They also must perform basic landscape maintenance, garden, and/or construction tasks while following standard company work methods and practicing safe work habits to provide quality service to our clients.

• Participate in the work performed at each job site, including reading landscape blueprints, laying out and installing entire in-ground irrigation system, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, mulching, etc.
• Dig holes and trenches as necessary for work completion.
• Communicate observations and concerns to the management.
• Maintain high standard of quality of all work performed.
• Follow proper safety procedures and standards regularly.

• Ability to follow instructions given by the management
• Ability to participate in a team environment and work well with other Crew Members.
• Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn company standards and procedures for work completion.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety and practicing safe work behaviors.
• Demonstrate accountability for work being performed and completed on schedule.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. on occasion, and frequently transport plant material around the job site up to 50 lbs
• Physical requirements also include lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing on a repetitive basis.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various whether conditions.
• May require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines.
• Ability to work in wet conditions is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
