TEA BARISTA JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service - Prepare and ensure quality of drinks and food (tea, boba, desserts, etc.)
- Memorize product descriptions and be able to sell packaged products
- Maintain cleanliness of working area
- Back of the house food prep
- Cashier (greet customers with big smiles and take orders)
- Able to work at least 15 hours a week
- Full time position also available

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS VALUES THAT INCLUDE:
- Be passionate, friendly, and cheerful (very important!)
- Must love bubble tea
- Must work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Respond to customer complaints
- Insist on providing great customer service and have the ability to build and grow customer relationships
- Work well as part of a team
