Job Description
- Lawn Innovations is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to fill our Landscape Technician position. Lawn Innovations has served the Dayton, Ohio area for the last 18 years and is South Dayton’s premier lawn and landscaping company located in Miamisburg, OH. We specialize in both residential and commercial property management, landscape design and installation, and custom patio and fire pit installation. Our goal is to provide a competitively priced service with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Benefits
- Compensation range $15.00 – 18.00 per hour
- Eligible for PTO and sick days after 30-day probation period.

About the Position
- Be part of a crew of 2-3 members
- Responsible for completing tasks assigned by crew lead including but not limited to mulch, planting, pruning, drainage, and more of commercial and residential properties.
- Typical Monday-Friday work week. (Usually 7:00AM to 5:00PM) Saturdays may be required on occasion due to weather/extenuating circumstances.
- Report directly to Landscape Crew Lead and the Director of Landscape Services
- Complete jobs in a timely manner and maintain our quality standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of landscape experience (preferred but will train!)
- Knowledge of plant identification and new installation (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (preferred for advancement opportunities!)
- Able to operate various types of commercial lawn care equipment. (preferred)
