Riachi @ One21 apartments is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor like you to ensure the efficient operations, safety, and maintenance of our 450-unit Plano property.

Guided by our core values of respect, integrity, innovation and dedication, the Maintenance Supervisor will partner with our Property Manager to keep the community beautiful and well-maintained while also leading our resident service and preventative maintenance operations in order to realize our mission to deliver superior service.

The successful candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. We will rely on you to anticipate, identify, and correct all problems throughout the property and to implement preventative measures for future problems.

To thrive in this role you must:

• Have 2-3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in high volume maintenance setting
• Have experience in high volume maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting & repair, and basic finish carpentry.
• Be an active, hands-on participant on the maintenance team
• Establish and maintain a vendor base to facilitate unit turn over tasks and property repair needs
• Be a highly organized self-starter
• Have a high level of competency and communication with all staff, residents, vendors and professional associates

You will actively participate in:

• Scheduling turns
• Completing service requests
• Preventive maintenance
• Pool and grounds care
• Suggesting capital improvements

We will trust in your previous experience in high volume maintenance work and team supervision to cultivate exceptional resident satisfaction by being prompt, courteous, and efficient. This position consists of a terrific mix of scheduling, purchasing, supervision, and hands-on maintenance.

• Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
• On-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required – on-call bonus included
• HVAC certification and/or experience is required.
• CPO license preferred
