Job Title: Full Time Retail Sales Associate in our Massillon Store
SUMMARY
To provide customer service to customers in our retail stores
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide customer service and satisfaction that exceeds their expectations
· Engage customers, determining their needs, and informing them of products that meet those needs.
· Educate yourself about our products and our industry through classes, reading, on-the-job training, and any other means available.
· Operate a computer cash register and accurately and efficiently completing transaction.
· Accurately reconcile daily sales and monies.
· Clean the facility and equipment.
· Receive, stock and organize merchandise
· Monitor “dated” products and rotate inventory as needed
· Tag products and shelves as needed with labels and prices
· Participates in physical inventory
· Communicate any abnormal situation to the store manager
· Any other assignments given by Store Manager or Asst. Manager.
SKILLS:
Good Communication skills, Friendly, Computer skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, or equivalent is required. A farm or retail pet supply background is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
